働き方改革の必要性：医師の長時間労働は深刻な社会問題となっており、特に麻酔科医は人手不足が度々医療現場で深刻な課題となっており、長時間労働が一般的であることも懸念されています。また、医療技術の進歩により外科手術が増加しており、それに伴い麻酔科医の需要も高まっています。この課題への対応として、働き方改革がますます重要視されています。2024年から始まる医師の働き方改革に伴い、各病院では様々な対応策が検討されています。
